My heat blows cold. Is that the heat strips?

Sometimes. In a heat-pump home, cool supply air can mean a refrigerant-side problem, a defrost quirk, or dead strips that never back the heat pump up when it needs help. Because we hold both licenses, the diagnosis does not stop at the trade boundary: we test the strips, the controls, and the circuit, and if the heat pump itself is implicated, the same company owns that answer too. Water heater element: plumber or electrician?
