2-Year Workmanship WarrantyVeteran-owned & operated23 five-star Google reviews

One number reaches us for everything, at every hour: (520) 556-8929. A person answers — not a phone tree, not a “press 4 for” maze, not an overflow call center in another time zone reading from a script. Someone who can actually check the schedule, quote the service-call fee, and dispatch a truck. That’s the whole contact strategy, and we built the company around it. Yeti Pros is veteran-owned and operated, licensed under ROC #363372 · ROC #363423, and serves the entire Phoenix metro as a service-area business with trucks that come to you.

What happens when you call

First minute: you tell us what’s going on — no cool air, weird noise, water where water shouldn’t be, or just “it’s time for the spring tune-up.” If it’s an emergency, say so up front; emergencies jump the intake process entirely.

Second minute: we tell you the service-call fee, out loud, before anything is booked. That fee is credited toward the repair if you proceed. If you decide the visit isn’t worth it, you’ve lost two minutes and zero dollars — and you’ll never discover a surprise trip charge on an invoice.

Third minute: you get a real arrival window. Not “sometime Thursday.” During normal weeks, most repair calls placed by mid-afternoon are seen same-day. During the Valley’s first heat wave — when every marginal system in the metro fails inside the same 72 hours — windows stretch, and we’ll tell you that honestly instead of promising what the day can’t deliver.

Before the truck arrives: you’ll know who’s coming. Our techs show up in marked vehicles, introduce themselves, and start with the problem you described — not with a sales pitch.

How to make your call faster

None of this is required, but having it handy turns a good call into a great one:

  • The symptom, plainly. “Running but blowing warm,” “outdoor unit won’t start,” “breaker trips when it kicks on,” “water in the hallway ceiling.” Plain description beats guessed diagnosis every time.
  • The equipment, roughly. Is the unit on the roof or on the ground? One system or two? Gas meter on the house? If you can safely read the data plate on the outdoor unit — brand and model — great; if not, no matter.
  • The history, briefly. Repairs in the last couple of summers, whether anyone’s “topped off” the refrigerant before, roughly how old the system is. This changes what parts ride the truck.
  • Your zip code. Sets the arrival window honestly, from Anthem to Eloy.
  • Military service, if it applies. Active duty, veteran, guard, reserve, or family — say so at booking and the 10% discount goes on the ticket before the truck rolls.

When it’s an emergency, treat it like one

No cooling during June–September heat, burning smells, breakers that re-trip immediately, water pouring from an air handler, a loaded walk-in cooler climbing, a kennel room heating up — call the same number and lead with the situation. Our triage is stakes-based: vulnerable people (infants, elderly, medical equipment) and perishable-inventory businesses move to the front of the line, at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m. The after-hours service-call fee is higher than the daytime one — techs on call at midnight are a real cost — but it’s quoted on the phone before dispatch, and repair pricing itself never inflates because you’re desperate. Full detail on how night calls run lives on the emergency AC page and the commercial emergency page.

Booking for someone else

A huge share of our calls come from people arranging service for someone else — adult children handling a parent’s dead AC in Sun City from two time zones away, property managers dispatching us to tenants, office managers booking for the building, spouses coordinating while a service member is deployed. The process is built for it: you book, you approve the written quote by phone or email, you get the documentation, and the person at the property just has to open the door. Tell us at booking who approves money and who opens doors, and we’ll route every conversation correctly.

Commercial inquiries

Businesses use the same number. For emergencies — down walk-ins, dead rooftop units, server rooms climbing — say “commercial emergency” and you’re in the triage queue immediately. For maintenance contracts, multi-site portfolios, or tenant-improvement and replacement projects, we’ll book a free site walk: we inventory your equipment, grade its condition, and hand you a written baseline whether or not you hire us. Property managers: ask about consolidated reporting and COI/vendor-paperwork handling — we do public-and-private-sector paperwork properly and promptly.

What we’ll never do with your call

No robocall follow-up campaigns. No selling your number to “partner services.” No fake “your warranty is expiring” calls six months later. You called about an air conditioner; the relationship stays about the air conditioner. The same discipline that governs our pricing — the fee disclosed up front, the flat-rate quote in writing, work performed held to Arizona’s ROC Minimum Workmanship Standards — governs how we treat your contact information.

Two situations where we’re the second call, not the first

Honesty about our lane: if you smell gas, don’t call an HVAC company first. Leave the house, then call 911 and Southwest Gas’s emergency line from outside. We’ll gladly handle the furnace repair afterward — but the leak response belongs to the utility and the fire department. If anything is actively burning or arcing — flames, smoke from the air handler, an outlet or disconnect glowing — that’s 911, then the breaker if you can reach it safely, then us. No appointment matters more than getting those two calls in the right order.

What you’ll have in hand when we leave

Every completed visit ends with paper (or PDF — your choice): the itemized flat-rate invoice showing the credited service-call fee and any military discount; the diagnostic readings the tech took, so the next contractor — even if it isn’t us — can see exactly what was measured; photos of anything replaced or repaired that lives somewhere you can’t easily see (rooftops, attics, crawlspaces); your written warranty terms; and on installs, the permit record, commissioning readings, registered manufacturer warranty, and any APS/SRP rebate or federal tax-credit paperwork we filed. If a company has ever left you wondering what you actually paid for, you’ll notice the difference immediately — documentation isn’t an upgrade here, it’s the default.

Prefer not to call?

The request form on this page goes to the same dispatch desk, and form requests get a callback — usually fast during business hours, next morning for overnight submissions. For anything urgent, the phone always wins: a form can’t tell us your baby’s nursery is 92 degrees, but the first ten seconds of a call can. Either way, describe the problem in your own words and include your zip code and best callback number.

Frequently asked, honestly answered

What are your hours?

Dispatch answers 24/7/365 — including nights, weekends, and every holiday, because Phoenix heat doesn’t observe them. Standard (non-emergency) appointments book across normal business hours; emergencies dispatch whenever they happen.

Why isn’t there an address on this page?

Because there’s nothing for you at our address — we’re a service-area business, deliberately. No showroom, no walk-in counter, no reason for you to drive anywhere. The license numbers (ROC #363372 · #363423) are verifiable on the Arizona ROC’s public site in under a minute, which tells you far more about a contractor than a lobby does.

Will I get a hard sell when the tech shows up?

No. The tech’s job is to diagnose, show you the evidence, and hand you a written flat-rate quote. If replacement genuinely makes more sense than repair, you’ll see the math for both and decide yourself — nobody in this company is paid to pressure you.

Can you text or email me the quote?

Yes — written quotes travel however you prefer, and out-of-state decision-makers get walked through them by phone. Approval happens on your schedule; quotes don’t expire at midnight like a game show.

Do you answer during monsoon storms?

Especially then. Storm nights are our busiest dispatch windows — surge-killed boards and dust-choked condensers come in waves after every haboob. If the storm is still overhead, we’ll book you for the first safe window; techs don’t work rooftops in lightning, and you wouldn’t want them to.

I’m not sure if my problem is worth a service call. Should I call anyway?

Yes — and say exactly that. Some problems have a 60-second phone answer (a tripped float switch, a dead thermostat battery), and we’ll give you that answer free rather than sell you a visit you don’t need. The service-call fee only exists when a truck actually rolls.

Ready when you are. (520) 556-8929 — a real person, any hour, anywhere in the Phoenix metro, from Anthem to Eloy and every city between. Veteran-owned & operated, ROC-licensed, and answering the phone the way we’d want ours answered: fast, straight, and by somebody who can actually help.
