“Hudson came from yeti and looked at our main electric feed panel. It was out of code and no space for the new lighting they were going to do. They ended up doing an all new breaker panel, light, switches and a few outlets. Joe the owner stopped by with a generator for the day so we can run the ac and fridge. The team were friendly and fast and we were back online by end of day. They cleaned up and were out would highly recommend.”

“Yeti did a new package unit ac on our roof. I loved watching the crane move the units around from the ground to roof. Joe and Hudson personally came and dropped off a few portable units while the install took place as most of my ac system was old and the ducting was bad. The install team was great, efficient and even removed all the trash from the attic before installing the new ducting. It’s colder than ever and blows way better. 20/10 would recommend this company.”

“Joe stopped by to discuss package unit deals he had going on. Ended up going with yeti pros due to how responsive and personable Joe was. On install day Hudson came to get everything started with his crew and brought the whole team. We decided to start early so heat wasn’t an issue we just left for the day. Joe called and said the wiring to the disconnect needing upgraded and we came to an agreement. When we came home later that evening the house was all locked up clean and absolutely freezing. Hudson called to check on things after we got back to make sure it was all to our liking. 10/10 very prompt professional and treated our home like theirs.”

“Yeti Pro Services has provided exceptional service each and every time they’ve conducted an install for our condominium association.

We’ve been working with Yeti Pro Services since August 2024. Since then, they’ve installed approximately 20 new AC units for the common areas of Plaza Lofts. The property includes two buildings – nine levels in one and four in the other – and they’ve worked across every floor.

Given the design of the buildings, each space requiring HVAC installation was very difficult. In fact, most companies either turned down the work or quit partway through due to the complexity or because they weren’t familiar with the type of units required. We are so grateful we were introduced to Yeti Pro Services because they’ve handled every install since we began working together with ease.

This includes a large commercial rooftop unit, which was another particularly complex install that they handled seemingly with ease. And maybe the best part of all of this is that we haven’t had to call them back once for any of the installs, which is rare.

Lastly, and probably the second-best part, is that they’re licensed in electrical and plumbing as well. Having a single provider for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing has made managing this community much easier.

They’re trustworthy, reliable, very knowledgeable, communicative, and quick. Because of that, many residents have also used them directly for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. Truly a one-stop shop and a great partner”

“Yeti did a complex installation of two heat pumps in the ceilings of my condo. Their work was fast and efficient, and they cleaned up the work area every time they came to my home (I was living through the installation). The workmen were knowledgeable and courteous. There was a complication that caused flooding from the upstairs unit some months after the installation. It was a result of faulty parts provided by the manufacturer. Everything was repaired promptly with a high level of excellence. I highly recommend Yeti!”

They set her up with a temporary system to ensure she was comfortable and saw the job through with lots of check-ins and timelines.
