What we collect

The only information this site asks you for is what you type into an estimate or contact form: your name, your phone number, the city you are in, what you need help with, and, optionally, how you heard about us. We ask for a city rather than a street address because we do not need your address until we are actually scheduling a visit.

Like most websites, ours also records ordinary technical information automatically through analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your network, the type of device and browser you used, and the site or search that referred you. We use that to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

We use what you submit to contact you about the work you asked about: to answer your question, quote the job, schedule a visit, or follow up afterward. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with other contractors or lead brokers.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form, you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you entirely by telling us so on the phone. Opting out of marketing contact does not stop us from communicating with you about work already scheduled or in progress.

Who else can see it

A small number of service providers necessarily handle this data on our behalf: our website host, which stores form submissions; our analytics provider, which processes the technical information described above; and the phone and messaging services we use to reach you. They are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing them may affect how some parts of the site behave, but you can still browse and still call us.
