Joe, a U.S. military veteran, founded Yeti Pros in 2024. The business exists because HVAC work in Arizona should be direct and documented, especially when a home is hot, a system is down, or a replacement decision is expensive.
That means our technicians diagnose with measurements, not guesses. We explain what we found, what can wait, and what needs attention now. Repairs are quoted flat-rate in writing after an in-person look. Diagnostic fees are disclosed at booking and credited toward the repair when you move forward.
We are not here to build a sales floor inside your house. We come to you, inspect the system, answer the practical questions, and give you room to make the call.

The repair or replacement quote is written before work begins, and replacement financing is available when a new system is the right path.
