What replacement day looks like
Floor protection is laid, old refrigerant recovered per EPA 608 (never vented), and old equipment hauled for recycling.
The new system is installed per manual: new filter drier, nitrogen-purged brazing, pressure test, deep vacuum verified by decay test, weighed-in charge, static-pressure and airflow checks, and full-cycle commissioning with readings documented.
