Terms of Service.
These terms cover the use of this website and the general terms under which Yeti Pros provides estimates and service. The specific written quote and invoice for your job control if anything there differs from this page.
Who we are and what we are licensed to do
Yeti Pros is a veteran-owned contractor serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. We hold two Arizona ROC licenses: AZ ROC #363372 (CR-39, A/C & Refrigeration) for HVAC work and AZ ROC #363423 (CR-11, Electrical) for electrical work. Work that falls outside those classifications, such as fuel gas piping or plumbing, is coordinated with an appropriately licensed contractor rather than performed by us.
Estimates and quotes
Replacement and installation estimates are free. For diagnostic and repair visits, any service call or diagnostic fee is disclosed when you book, before a technician is dispatched. Quotes are flat rate and provided in writing after an in-person look at the actual equipment or site. We do not give binding prices over the phone, because a price given without seeing the job is a guess.
A written quote reflects the scope described in it. If we open a wall, a panel, or a piece of equipment and find something the quote did not account for, we stop and talk to you before doing additional work.
Scheduling and access
Appointment windows depend on dispatch, traffic, and emergency load, particularly during summer peak. We give you honest arrival expectations rather than promises we cannot keep, and we tell you when we are running behind. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including gate codes, keys, or pet arrangements where those apply.
Warranty
Installations carry a two-year written workmanship warranty on our labor. Repair parts carry a one-year manufacturer parts warranty. Equipment carries whatever warranty its manufacturer provides; those terms vary by brand and can depend on registration, and we review them with you at completion.
Warranties cover defects in our workmanship and in covered parts. They do not cover damage from neglect, misuse, alteration by others, power surges, storm or flood damage, or normal wear of consumable items such as filters.
Payment
Payment is due as set out in your written quote or invoice. Discounts, including the 10 percent military, veteran, and first responder discount, are applied as stated at the time of quoting and are not applied retroactively after work is complete.
Permits and code
Where a scope requires a permit, we say so in writing and pull the permits our work requires. Inspection scheduling depends on the city or county office with jurisdiction and is outside our control.
Use of this website
The content on this site, including page text, layout, and graphics, belongs to Yeti Pros. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and print pages for your own use. Do not copy it for a competing commercial site.
The site describes electrical and HVAC work in general terms. It is written to be accurate and useful, but it is not a substitute for having a licensed technician look at your specific system. Do not rely on a web page to decide whether something in your home is safe.
Limitation
To the extent Arizona law allows, our liability for any claim arising from work we perform is limited to the amount you paid for that work. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here waives your rights under Arizona contractor licensing statutes, including recourse through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
We may update this page as our practices change. The version posted when you book is the version that applies to that job, alongside your written quote.

Phoenix metro: Most days a tech is already working somewhere in the Valley, so same-day appointments happen when the schedule allows. After-hours emergencies are dispatched when a licensed tech is available — a real person answers and tells you the ETA on the call.

No pressure, no door knockers. We look at the HVAC system, tell you what it needs (and what it doesn’t), and put the number in writing.
